3748 lbs Load Rating. Built for reality.
Not a marketing ceiling. A tested number. Pressed under 10,000 tons of force, tested to JWL-T methodology on VIA-approved equipment (the Japanese benchmark used for trucks and buses).

Weight around 22 lbs. Across every offset.
Your vehicle is already working hard under load. A wheel that achieves a 3700 lbs load rating at around 22lbs means the drivetrain is carrying what the build demands, and nothing more.
That is what forged construction makes possible. Cast wheels cannot say the same.

Every gram we didn't need is a gram back in your GVM.
Most wheels flatten the spoke at higher offsets or bury it in hub depth. U65 MAX holds the same concave profile ET0 to ET35, and still clears a LandCruiser 300's front calipers without giving up lip depth.

Same spoke angle at every offset.

Unpainted knurled bead seats. Run lower PSI with confidence.
Inner and outer knurling, left unpainted so it keeps its bite. Sized deliberately, too wide or too deep and you've introduced a leak path, not solved one.

Engineering & Strength
3,748 lbs Load Rating: Physically tested to JWL-T methodology on VIA-approved equipment, the Japanese benchmark for heavy trucks and buses.
Physically Tested to JWL-T Standards
- Radial Fatigue: 1,000,000 Cycles @ 2.0 × Load Rating (Pass)
- Cornering Fatigue: 250,000 Cycles @ 1.35 × Load Rating (Pass)
- Impact: 30° Severe Drop-Impact (Zero Cracks/Leaks) (Pass)
Tested, Not Simulated: Every unique wheel design undergoes physical testing.
10,000-Ton Forged Monoblock: Pressed from 6061-T6 aluminum to eliminate porosity and maximize grain structure density. One piece, no welds or joints.
Ruggedized Inner Lip: Extra material reinforced specifically for high-impact terrain and harsh landings.
LC300 Caliper Clearance: We benchmarked MAX's inner barrel against the Toyota LandCruiser 300 Series' large front calipers, one of the toughest OEM fits we could design against.
Lug Fitment: Built for the shared 6x139.7 platform. Toyota/Lexus TNGA-F owners get an extra detail: 16.2mm lug depth engineered for the extended-thread lug nut system on Tundra (2022+), Sequoia (2023+), Land Cruiser 250, and GX550.
Hub Ring Compatible: 106.1mm center bore steps down to 95.2mm (Toyota/Lexus TNGA-F), 93.1mm (Ford Ranger, T6 platform), or 78.1mm (GM full-size) with the correct hub ring, sold separately. Ask us which one fits your vehicle before you order.
Weight & Offset Specs
Around 22 lbs across every offset. Final production weight, not an early estimate.
Weight Breakdown by Offset:
- ET0: 21.6 lbs
- ET+12: 21.6 lbs
- ET+25: 21.8 lbs
- ET+35: 22.5 lbs
Trail Features & Finishes
Unpainted Dual Knurled Bead Seats: Inner and outer knurling resists tire slippage at low PSI without the weight/maintenance of a beadlock.
Premium Finishes: Obsidian Satin | Nickel Satin | Raw Metal
Warranty
Lifetime Structural Warranty: Covers structural integrity for the original purchaser.
3-Year Finish Warranty: Covers finish defects in materials and workmanship.
