Shipping & Reservation Policy
Welcome to Osmond Forged.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch All orders for in-stock items are processed within 5-7 business days. As our wheels are high-value forged items, we perform a final quality control (QC) check before boxing. You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Model: Multi-Carton Delivery For performance and safety, our wheels are shipped in individual custom-reinforced cartons to prevent transit damage. Osmond Forged currently ships exclusively to physical addresses within the contiguous United States.

While we dispatch all cartons simultaneously, courier logistics may occasionally result in cartons arriving at slightly different times.
3. USA Market: 3PL Fulfillment To ensure the best value for our American customers, all orders are dispatched from our designated US 3PL fulfillment center.

Shipping Quotes: For pre-orders, final domestic US shipping costs will be calculated and added to your final invoice based on your specific delivery address.

No Pickup: We do not offer local pickup at our US facilities at this time; all orders are delivery only.
- No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: Due to the physical dimensions, weight, and mandatory signature security requirements of our wheel sets, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or freight forwarders.
5. Pre-order & Reservation Policy ($0.00)

No Upfront Cost: A $0.00 reservation secures your priority place in our production queue. No payment is required today.

Final Invoicing: When your wheels are confirmed for arrival, we will email you a final invoice for the Full Product Price plus shipping.

Payment Window: The final invoice must be paid within 5 business days. Failure to clear the balance will result in the stock being released to the next customer in queue.
6. Arrival Estimates & Delays Arrival dates are engineering estimates based on international freight schedules. While we strive for precision, global logistics can shift. We will provide email updates if your expected arrival window changes significantly. You may cancel your $0.00 reservation at any time prior to the final invoice.
7. Combined Orders If your reservation contains both "In-Stock" accessories and "Pre-order" wheels, the entire order will be held and processed together once the wheels arrive. For immediate accessory delivery, please place a separate order.
8. Damages & Issues Please inspect your delivery immediately. If a carton appears damaged, note this with the driver before signing and contact us within 24 hours with photos. Do not mount tires to damaged wheels, as this voids the return/replacement policy.
