Shipping policy

Where We Ship

This policy covers orders shipped within the United States. If we start shipping to other countries, that market will get its own shipping policy.

Right now we fulfill orders within California only. If you're outside California, email hello@osmondforged.com and we'll let you know when we can ship to you.

We ship to physical delivery addresses only, we don't offer local pickup. No P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. Our wheels require a signature on delivery, and those addresses can't take one.

Order Processing

Every order goes through a final quality check before it's boxed. We aim to ship in-stock orders within 2 business days of purchase. That window counts business days only, weekends and holidays don't count toward it. You'll get an email as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center, with tracking for each carton in your shipment.

Shipping Cost

Flat rate: $65 per order, no matter how many wheels you buy or how many cartons it ships in. When we run a free shipping promo, it shows as a struck-through discount on that $65 at checkout. It's not a separate standing offer.

How Your Order Ships

Each wheel ships in its own reinforced carton with its own tracking number. A set of 4 wheels means 4 separate cartons and 4 tracking numbers. We dispatch every carton in your order at the same time, but once they're with the carrier, they can arrive on different days. That's normal, not a sign anything's wrong.

Delivery

Every delivery requires a signature. Once the carrier picks up your order, transit time is their estimate, not ours, and we can't guarantee it.

If an order is returned to us because delivery couldn't be completed, the original shipping charge isn't refunded, and return shipping costs come out of your refund.

Shipping Damage

Inspect every carton before you sign for it. If you see damage, note it with the driver and don't sign clean. Email us within 24 hours at hello@osmondforged.com with photos and your order number.

Don't mount tires to a wheel with shipping damage. Doing so makes it impossible for us to process a claim.

Shipping damage is handled separately from a structural or finish warranty claim. See our Warranty Policy for what that covers.
