Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. Our Commitment
At Osmond Forged, we take pride in the engineering and finish of our forged wheels. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
2. The "Pre-Mounting" Inspection Rule (Critical)
Please inspect your wheels immediately upon delivery or pickup.

Before mounting tires: You must check the finish, bolt pattern (PCD), and physical condition of all wheels.

Once tires are mounted: The wheels are deemed "used." We strictly do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason (including fitment issues or finish complaints) once a tire has been mounted to the wheel. * Test Fit: We strongly recommend a "dry test fit" (placing the wheel on the hub without a tire) to ensure brake caliper clearance and suspension spacing before proceeding to the tire shop.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect:

Notification: You must contact us at [Insert Email] within 24 hours of delivery/pickup.

Evidence: Provide clear photos of the damage, the packaging, and the serial number (if applicable).

Resolution: If a manufacturing defect is confirmed by our engineering team, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
3. Change of Mind Returns
Because our wheels are often produced in limited batches or reserved specifically for your build:

Reservations ($0): You may cancel your reservation at any time before the final invoice is paid without penalty.

Completed Purchases: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" once the final payment has been processed and the wheels have been dispatched or collected.

Accessories: Small accessories (center caps, lug nuts, hub rings) may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are in their original, unopened packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
4. Fitment Responsibility
Osmond Forged provides detailed technical specifications (Diameter, Width, Offset, PCD, Center Bore) for every product.

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure these specifications are correct for their vehicle.

We are not responsible for fitment issues caused by oversized brake kits, lowered suspension, modified fenders, or incorrect tire size selection.

If you are unsure about fitment, please contact our Melbourne team for technical advice before finalizing your purchase.
5. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
6. USA Market (Local Pickup)
For our US customers, all inspections must take place at the time of Local Pickup.

Once the wheels leave our US fulfillment center, Osmond Forged is not liable for cosmetic damage (scratches/nicks) that occurs during your personal transport.

Manufacturing defects remain covered under our standard warranty.
7. Refund Process
Once a return is authorized and the goods are inspected at our Melbourne Garage:

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card or Bank Transfer).

Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
