Osmond Forged makes forged aluminium wheels that carry more and weigh less. Both claims are physically tested.

If you're on this page, you've already read the specs. This page answers a different question: who we are, and why you should trust us.

WHERE THIS STARTED

The people this brand was built for think like engineers. They're the ones towing a 3.5-tonne caravan days from the nearest town. The ones taking a 30-year-old Patrol somewhere beyond the sealed road. The ones who sleep on the roof of their rig because that's how they travel, and whose entire trip depends on the equipment they chose six months ago in a workshop.

They make serious investments in their builds. They ask the right questions. And for too long, the market answered those questions with marketing.

That's the honest reason Osmond Forged exists.

THE TEAM

Osmond Forged is a small cross-functional team covering every discipline that touches a wheel before it reaches you: industrial design, creative direction, manufacturing operations, product engineering. Every contributor came from an OEM background.

PROVEN. NOT PROMISED.

Every load rating on this site is backed by physical test data. The methodology, the equipment standard, and the documentation exist. No certification is listed without the paperwork behind it. No number is stated without a supporting test result.

Why Wheel Weight Matters: Understanding Unsprung and Rotational Mass

Why Wheel Weight Matters: Understanding Unsprun...

A 9kg wheel costs more than a 12kg wheel—but does the weight saving matter? We explain the physics: where the weight sits affects suspension and acceleration more than the total.
