Terms of service
Effective September 1, 2026
These terms cover your use of this website and any order you place through it. By using this site or placing an order, you're agreeing to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
Products, Pricing & Availability
Product listings, pricing, and availability on this site are subject to change without notice. We work to keep pricing and specs accurate, but if something is listed at the wrong price or with incorrect information, we can decline or cancel an order affected by that error, even after it's been confirmed or your card charged. If we cancel an order for this reason, you'll get a full refund.
Orders & Order Acceptance
Placing an order and receiving an order confirmation email doesn't mean we've accepted it. We can decline or cancel any order, for any reason, before it ships. This most often comes up around fitment: see our Returns & Exchanges page for how fitment gets checked and what happens if an order doesn't match your vehicle.
If we cancel all or part of an order, your card won't be charged for the cancelled portion, or you'll get a refund if it already was.
Vehicle Fitment Is Your Responsibility
Every order goes through the fitment check described in our Returns & Exchanges page. That check is only as good as the vehicle information you give us at checkout. Once your wheels are confirmed correct for the details you provided, the specs on each product page (diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern, center bore) are what you're buying against.
If your vehicle has a big brake kit, altered suspension, or a non-standard hub, tell us at checkout. If a fitment mismatch traces back to a modification you didn't disclose, that's treated as a standard return, not a failure of our fitment check. See our Returns & Exchanges page for how that split works.
It's your responsibility to confirm the correct lug nuts, torque spec, and hub-centric ring for your application before installation. Using the wrong hardware can cause a wheel to loosen or separate from the vehicle while driving. If you're not sure what your build needs, ask us before you order, not after.
Shipping, Warranty & Returns
Full detail on how orders ship, what's covered if something goes wrong, and how returns and exchanges work lives on their own pages, not here:
-
Shipping Policy
-
Warranty Policy
-
Returns & Exchanges
Our responsibility for a product issue is defined by those pages, not expanded by anything on this one. If something is covered under our Warranty Policy, that page states what we'll do about it and what costs aren't included.
