Terms of Service: Osmond Forged

1. Introduction & Acceptance

This website is operated by Osmond Forged. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Osmond Forged. By visiting our site and/or purchasing a Deposit or Product from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Nature of the Reservation ($0.00 Order)

2.1 No-Obligation Reservation: By completing a $0.00 "Pre-order Reservation," you are expressing a high-intent interest in a specific wheel set. This is not a binding contract of sale, and no payment is collected at this stage. 2.2 Purpose: This system allows Osmond Forged to prioritize production and shipment allocation based on customer demand. 2.3 Cancellation: You may withdraw your reservation at any time prior to the final invoice being issued without penalty.

3. Final Invoicing & Payment

3.1 Availability Notification: When the U65 MAX wheels are confirmed for arrival, we will contact you via your registered email to confirm your intent to purchase. 3.2 Final Invoice: A formal invoice for the Full Product Price plus applicable shipping and taxes will be sent via Shopify Draft Orders. 3.3 Payment Deadline: To secure your allocated stock, the final invoice must be paid in full within 5 business days. If payment is not received, the reservation will expire, and the stock will be released to the next customer in line.

4. Shipping & Delivery (Australia)

4.1 Multi-Carton Shipping: Forged wheels are shipped as individual cartons (4 boxes per set). Shipping rates are calculated based on total weight and volume and will be included in your final invoice. 4.2 Transit Risk: Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods are handed to the carrier. We recommend selecting shipping insurance if offered during the final invoice stage. 4.3 Delivery Estimates: All arrival dates are estimates. Osmond Forged is not liable for logistics delays caused by international shipping or customs processing.

5. Local Pickup Only (USA Market)

5.1 Pickup Logic: All reservations placed via the USA Market are for Local Pickup Only at our California fulfillment center. We do not offer domestic US shipping. 5.2 Collection: You must present a valid government ID and your original reservation confirmation at the time of pickup.

6. Fitment & Installation Responsibility

6.1 Technical Specs: The customer is solely responsible for verifying that the selected wheel specifications (PCD, Offset, Center Bore) are compatible with their specific vehicle and modifications (e.g., big brake kits). 6.2 Professional Installation: For safety and warranty compliance, Osmond Forged requires that all wheels be installed by a licensed automotive professional. Damage caused by improper DIY installation or uncertified tire mounting is not covered.

7. Returns & Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

7.1 Consumer Guarantees: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. 7.2 Inspection: Wheels must be inspected prior to mounting tires. Once tires have been mounted, the wheels are considered "used" and cannot be returned for fitment or aesthetic reasons.
