Warranty Policy

Every Osmond Forged design is engineered to a stated load rating. Each one is tested to JWL-T methodology on VIA-approved equipment before it goes into production. This is what we stand behind if a wheel fails anyway.

Structural Warranty: Lifetime

We warrant the structural integrity of every Osmond Forged wheel against manufacturing defects, for as long as the original purchaser owns it.

This warranty is non-transferable. It ends if the wheel changes hands.

If we determine a wheel has failed structurally under normal, intended use, we'll repair it or replace it, whichever we choose. Labor, removal, and reinstallation costs are not included.

If a wheel is out of round or vibrates from day one, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll treat it as a manufacturing question, no argument. Reported later than that, it's treated as use-related, not a factory defect.

If your exact wheel is no longer available, we'll offer a comparable current wheel or credit toward your next purchase, valued at your original purchase price, at our discretion.

 

Finish Warranty: 3 Years (1 Year on Raw Metal)

Osmond Forged finishes are warranted against peeling, lifting, and workmanship defects for 3 years from the original purchase date.

Raw Metal's polished lip and brushed, single-clear-coat finish is warranted for 1 year. It's a lighter-duty finish by design and will show wear and natural aging differently than our painted colorways.

Finish coverage doesn't include damage from caustic or acid-based cleaners, aggressive polishing compounds, or abrasive brushes. Normal wear, road grime, and brake dust are expected, not covered.

 

Accessories: 1 Year

Hub rings, center caps, and other accessories sold by Osmond Forged are covered against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the original purchase date. Accessories aren't covered under the structural or finish warranty above.

 

What This Warranty Doesn't Cover

  • Competition use, racing, or organized off-road events. Normal off-road driving is what these wheels are built for. That stays covered.

  • Impact damage: potholes, curbs, rocks, collisions, and similar.

  • Over-torque during installation.

  • Any modification to the wheel.

  • Use beyond the stated load rating for your wheel and configuration.

  • Improper installation.

  • Any spacer or adapter used with the wheel. We don't make our own, so we can't warrant a hardware combination we didn't engineer.

  • Incorrect tire size for the wheel and vehicle, or a tire diameter over 37 inches.

  • Running the wheel with a hub-centric ring that isn't the correct match for your vehicle. Check your wheel's product page for the ring specified for your application.

  • Scratches, chips, or lip damage from tire mounting or dismounting. Inspect your wheels before the tire goes on, damage found after mounting can't be attributed to us.

  • Damage that happened in shipping or handling. See below, that's handled separately.

Wheels sold as blemished or seconds are sold as-is and aren't covered by this warranty.

Transfer of ownership, or unauthorized repair or alteration by anyone other than Osmond Forged, voids this warranty.

 

Load Rating Is a Safety Spec, Not a Suggestion

Your wheel and tire setup must meet or stay within your vehicle's stated load rating. Running below that rating isn't a warranty question. It's a safety one. If you're unsure what your build requires, ask us before you order.

 

Shipping Damage

Shipments require a signature on delivery. Inspect the wheel before you sign. If there's visible damage, note it at delivery and contact us right away, before you install it. Shipping damage is handled separately from a structural or finish warranty claim.

 

How to File a Warranty Claim

Email hello@osmondforged.com with your order number, a copy of your receipt, and a description of the issue. You'll hear back from a real person, not a ticket queue.

Wait to hear back from us before shipping anything. We'll confirm whether it's covered and where to send it.

Freight to send a wheel in for inspection is the customer's responsibility. If we determine the issue isn't covered under this warranty, the wheel will be returned to you at your expense.

 

The Legal Part

This warranty applies to the original retail purchaser only, for wheels purchased and shipped within the United States.

This is the only express warranty we make. Implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the extent the law allows. We're not liable for incidental or consequential damages related to a covered claim, including loss of use, towing, or time off the road. Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
